In the past year, BACAR successfully completed several standout projects, including The Maxwell in Antioch, TN, and The Laney in Augusta, GA, both of which feature a range of modern amenities designed to foster a sense of community and enhance the resident experience. Additionally, our long-standing relationships with clients such as David Hayes and Bear Creek Place 2021 LP have allowed us to deliver other key developments, such as Bear Creek Place in Oneida, TN, and Purdy Place Apartments in Selmer, TN. Construction Developments
As we look ahead, our current construction projects promise to bring even more exciting developments to the region. In Madison, TN, we are building Ben Allen Ridge, a 238-unit complex that integrates outdoor living with fitness and leisure facilities. Other ongoing projects, like Parkside Apartments and Mercury Park Phase I in Murfreesboro, TN, will provide much-needed housing solutions with thoughtful amenities. Across all of these projects, we’re focusing on delivering high-quality, accessible homes that meet the diverse needs of our clients and communities.

The Maxwell – A 362-unit apartment property in Antioch, TN for 2nd Wave Development of Tampa, Florida. This project consisted of thirteen apartment buildings, nine garages, a Clubhouse with two swimming pools and extensive road system including the construction of a bridge over a stream. See More →
Legacy Pointe II – Developed by Sunset View, LLC of San Diego, CA this 218-unit apartment property located in Knoxville, TN includes a Clubhouse with a Fitness Center and a pool.
Bear Creek Place – A sixty-four (64) unit apartment development in Oneida, TN for long-time client David Hayes and Bear Creek Place 2021 LP. This property includes a pool, playground and a fitness center.
Heritage Hills – A eighty-four (84) unit apartment complex in Nashville includes both a pool and a clubhouse.
The Laney – A 230-unit apartment community in Augusta, Georgia for Southeast Capital Companies that included both garden style and 3 – 4 split buildings. Amenities included a fitness center, swimming pool, pool cabana with an outdoor kitchen, a dog park and a dog wash. See More →
Purdy Place Apartments – A 48-unit complex completed for long-time BACAR client, Hayes and Associates in Selmer, Tennessee. This project was constructed for THDA – Tennessee Housing Development Agency.
The Farm at Gholston Hill – A eighty-four (84) unit complex for ERGH Investors. This was the second phase of the development of this property, the original construction was completed by BACAR for ERGH in 2020.
