BACAR Constructors is building its second project for the Franklin Housing Authority known as Shawnee Place Apartments in Franklin, TN. This ten (10) building, thirty-six (36) unit apartment complex broke ground earlier this month. Nickle Architects, PLLC is providing design services. Completion and turnover are expected by year end 2025.
Work started earlier this fall on Breeze Crossing. This is a sixty-five (65) unit multi-family project designed by WORK Architecture + Design is located in Dickson, TN and is being built for Dickson Socayr, LP a new client for BACAR. Occupancy is expected by early December of 2025.
Ground is expected to be broken in early January on The Evelyn June, a fifty-four (54) unit apartment complex in Smyrna, TN. This is a low rise, two building complex with secured interior corridors. Amenities include and exercise room, community room, warming kitchen and a community garden. Additionally, BACAR will be building a 120.0’ long bridge to TDOT (Tennessee Department of Transportation) specifications as part of the site access for this development. This project was designed by WORK Architecture + Design and completion is expected by Spring of 2026.
