Excellent progress is being made in the construction of Birchstone Village in Madison, Tennessee. This 228-unit complex is being developed by a long-time client ― First Cumberland Properties. This development will include a Clubhouse with a commercial kitchen and classrooms, a splash pad, a sports court, and a playground. Completion is expected by December of 2024. In Other News
Three (3) projects have recently started for a long-time BACAR client, Woodbine Community Organization. These include Dickerson Flats, a 117-unit complex in Nashville, 40th Avenue Apartments, 36-unit garden-style apartments also located in Nashville along with 910 Robinson Road, a 39-unit development in Old Hickory, TN. Dickerson Flats and 910 Robinson Road are expected to have beneficial occupancy by December of 2024 and 40th Avenue by early summer 2024.
Work has also started for David Hayes and Associates, another long-time BACAR client on Governors Place Apartments in Livingston, TN. This sixty-four (64) unit development is expected to be ready for occupancy by November 2024.
