A 362-unit apartment property in Antioch, TN for 2^nd Wave Development of Tampa, Florida.  This project consisted of thirteen apartment buildings, nine garages, a Clubhouse with two swimming pools, and an extensive road system, including the construction of a bridge over a stream.
