Recently, Bacar Constructors broke ground on its second project with The Clear Blue Company and their partners.

The Northview Senior Living Apartments project recently broke ground in Nashville’s Haynes-Trinity neighborhood, located at 876 W. Trinity Lane on the campus of Born Again Church. This development is a partnership between The Clear Blue Company, Urban Campus and Core, and Born Again Church. It will feature 254 affordable housing units for seniors, catering to those earning between 40% to 80% of the area median income.

The complex will be 266,000 square feet and include one—and two-bedroom floor plans. Amenities will range from a fitness center and rooftop deck to walking trails and recreational spaces.

Supportive services like job skills training and wellness initiatives will be offered in collaboration with Tennessee State University.
