The Ontario
Turnover and tenant occupancy began last month on The Ontario, a sixty-two (62) unit complex located near a high traffic corridor in Nashville. This property includes a pool, fitness center and a lounge area for the residents. Ontario Partners was the client and this is the third project that BACAR has built for this ownership group.
The Farm at Gholston Hill
In early November of this year construction started on The Farm at Gholston Hill in Columbia, TN on an eighty-four (84) unit complex for ERGH Investors. This is the second phase of the development of this property, the original construction was completed by BACAR for ERGH in 2020. This project has financing backed by HUD (Housing and Urban Development) and completion is expected by year end of 2023.
Jackson Station
Ground was also broken LaVergne, TN in November for a sixty (60) unit apartment complex known as Jackson Station. This project is being built for Woodbine Community Organization, a 501C3 company and longtime BACAR client. Beneficial occupancy is expected by late 2023.
