In June of this year construction began on Elysian Flats, an 84 unit apartment development in Nashville for Woodbine Community Organization (WCO).  BACAR has partnered with WCO for over twenty years in their effort to provide affordable housing for people of diverse incomes and backgrounds.  Occupancy is expected to begin by November of 2023.

Banner Properties located in Nashville has contracted with BACAR Constructors to build a 284 unit complex known as The Banner at Westfield in Gallatin, Tennessee.  Construction will begin in September of 2022 and completion is expected in September of 2024.  This development will feature eleven apartment buildings, six garage buildings a clubhouse with a pool and cabana area along with a fitness center.  

Ground will be broken in September of 2022 for East Forest Park Addition in Dickson, Tennessee.  This sixty unit expansion of the East Forest Park apartment development is owned by Brandy Investments of San Diego, California.  Occupancy is expected by November of 2023.  

Turnover and tenant occupancy began in May of this year for The Cove in Bowling Green, Kentucky.  The final building in this 184 unit complex will be turned over to the owner in August of 2022.  Sixteen of the 184 units are townhomes.  Also included is a clubhouse with a fitness center, a pool, 2 dog walk areas, a picnic area, 30 detached garages and 72 carports.  BACAR Constructors, Inc. contracted with Tommy Thompson of Cave Mill II, LLC for the construction of this development.
