Evelyn June Senior Apartments is a 54-unit, low-rise senior living community located on a 10-acre site. The work includes three streets that will be dedicated to the Town of Smyrna, building pads for two four-story buildings, seven single-family lots, and a 140-foot cast-in-place concrete bridge that spans Rock Springs Branch Creek and the floodway, providing access to the property directly off Rock Springs Road.

Building Community, One Phase at a Time

With infrastructure now underway, BACAR is proud to help lay the groundwork for a thriving senior living environment that prioritizes safety, accessibility, and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape. From the bridge foundation to the building pads, every phase is carefully coordinated to ensure long-term durability and seamless integration into the Town of Smyrna.
